Does your organization have a program that’s consistent with EACTC’s mission?

Request funds and/or assistance by submitting a written proposal to the Project Director, Gail Viscome.

Your proposal will be reviewed by the EACTC Board of Directors and a decision will be made on whether to provide some support for your program. Your proposal should include:

• Your name and contact information
• Name of the program
• Overview of the program
• Who will be served by the program
• How will the program be evaluated?
• Proposed outcomes
• Detailed program budget
• If the program has been run previously, a summary of outcomes from prior programs
• Description of the program assistance being requested from EACTC
